The world keeps changing, but so can we. Malin Rapp has quickly established herself as one of Sweden’s most sought-after speakers. With awards as Speaker of the Year 2023 and 2025 – and assignments for organizations such as Google, Spotify, IKEA and Harvard University, she is one of the Nordic region’s most influential voices in leadership, motivation, and values-driven culture.

»It was evident from the start that Malin has a unique ability to meet a group right where they are. She struck the perfect balance between theory, practical exercises, and reflection, creating a cohesive experience from beginning to end. Her combination of warmth, research-based insights, and thought-provoking challenges kept us fully engaged throughout. Rather than feeling like an external facilitator, it felt as though we were on the journey together.«
